We came here with a group. The food was very good. The selection on the menu was very rich, they have something for everyone. Our server was absolutely terrific, she was attentive, friendly, and quick. The food came out super fast when we were there, we were amazed how fast it came. I got the clam linguine which was delicious BUT had a TON of garlic. We got several apps, check out my photos, they were all great. Recommend this place.

This place was an absolute gem of a find ! Best Italian food we’ve had in a long while. Family owned with very warm atmosphere reminding us of the trattorias we frequented. Fresh ingredients treated right and cooked absolutely well. The excellent Pizza Bianco made in the wood fired oven was a mouth watering delight and the perfectly grilled salmon paired with the sautéed garlic spinach, tomatoes and potatoes was absolutely exquisite ! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would !

Absolutely love this place. My favorite in downtown Newark. Great service great food. Who could ask for more? Have a spicy grapefruit margarita. A glass of wine. Try chicken marsala. A Caesar salad. Or the wild mushroom ravioli. Cannot go wrong.

Had lunch here today after the Seton Hall graduation so it was pretty busy! We had a large table and there was another larger table next to us plus people at the bar etc. I cannot say enough about how amazing the service was. Our server was amazing (I wish I got her name) as were the rest of the people there. Food was excellent and the place is very cute. Wish we lived closer! Thanks for a wonderful lunch celebrating our graduate!

Pasta was very good and cheesy bread appetizer was very tasty. Chicken Parm pizza had little to no toppings and when asked for more toppings, the chef added more but then burned the whole pie lol. Don’t recommend getting the pizza. When the bill came, the pizza was still charged and had to ask for it to be removed.

I came here with a vegetarian, and they were very flexible with what they could make us. The pizza was on point, as well as the other dishes I had. The staff are super friendly and it’s a stones throw away from Newark airport! Would highly recommend before you fly out and settle for mediocre in the airport

The service was wonderful. We asked for a couple of changes to the order and it was completed with a smile. The food was fabulous. We had the special which was lobster ravioli, expecting a tiny bit of lobster in the ravioli. Instead, it was ravioli with HUGE chunks of lobster in sauce. We also had an arugula pesto pizza, also delicious. The cafe was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend it!
