Ordered $55 in food. Including 3 bags of crazy bread. All 3 bags were hard as rocks. Couldn’t even bite into it. I called in my order and made all the pizzas different so they couldn’t hand me hour old hot n readys. I just assumed the crazy bread would be made fresh as well. It wasn’t. Not even soaking a piece in sauce helped the situation. We haven’t ordered or eaten from here in years because it kept getting so bad. Well, this was it. Absolutely never again. The cashier was super nice though when handing me the day old bread. I should’ve checked it before we left. That’s my fault…or is it…

I have been to this location a number of times and it seems like the service has been getting worse. The most recent experience had me having to ask about my order about 10 minutes after the “latest time available” in the pizza portal…they just neglected to put the order in the portal oven. The straw that has broken the camel’s back however was the uncooked Crazy Bread. I am not sure how this wasn’t cooked…I worked for Little Caesars YEARS ago and if it was sent through the oven like it was supposed to be, there is NO WAY it wouldn’t be cooked. Perhaps the way they are cooked has changed, but nonetheless, I don’t want raw pizza dough as an appetizer.
