The staff is lovely and are absolutely a staple in our community, however I just ordered a breakfast sandwich with extra meat and what a waste of money. Definitely check out the deli sandwiches because they are slamming, but don’t pay for the extremely overpriced breakfast sandwiches. If you want breakfast go to white rose or Krausers instead. Everything else at park deli is awesome they just really drop the ball in this one way. 4/5

I’m really glad they’ve stepped up and gotten so much fresh produce now that Stop and Shop closed down! There are so many options now for groceries (even beyond the basics) that there’s really no need to go elsewhere for daily or weekly grocery trips. Really impressed.

You can tell alot of the reviews are written by the owners the breakfast sandwiches don’t have enough meat for the price you will get 2 slices of bacon or 2 of taylor ham go elsewhere

Park Deli in Highland Park has very poor customer service. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches 45 minutes in advance. When I went in to pick-up my sandwiches, I waited an additional 25 minutes. After I got home, I opened up the sandwiches, and I didn’t even have the right order. When I returned to Park Deli the response from management, “she tried to stop you in the parking lot.” The service from Park Deli has been going down hill from quite some time now, and the price has gone up as well. My recommendation is to find another place to get a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a roll.

They are always open and have a great variety. Very convenient. Nice staff. I go there more often than the grocery store if I’m busy. They have lots of packaged food, ice cream, drinks, eggs, milk, cheese, fresh bagels, office supplies, certain cat food, phone chargers, cleaning supplies. Also lottery tickets, coffee…if you don’t find it here, it probably isn’t available nearby. I have never been disappointed by coming here.

The best place to get a sandwich in this area, and has been for many years. This place is a community hub and local treasure. The food is fresh and delicious. There is ample seating and it is always clean. Lots of different types of people converge to eat here. Great location. Consistency across decades. Strongest possible recommendation.
