The food is very good but the service is too fast. Tried just ordering appetizer before the meal order but they kept coming back asking if we were ready to order. We did, about half way through the appetizer,, and the soup came before we were ready for it. Still, good food.

Ordered take out Szechuan Style Three Kinds of Meat for $10.95. Description:Shredded chicken, pork, and beef stir fried with Chinese mushrooms and vegetables. Over 1/2 was shredded carrots to the point that this was completely inedible!!! No flavor other than carrots! One slice of water chestnut, celery, and a few slices of mushroom. The meat was there but tasted only like carrots! It went in the trash! Horrible and will NEVER order there again and this is not the first time the food had no flavor and was filled with whatever was on sale in the produce section! The lid is all the carrots I removed from the dish. I would est. 2.5 cups! And if there was beef in there I could not ID it.

You’d think burnt beef would 1) be easy to spot 2) would not be given to the customer. Not here. If someone drives all the way back to return a meal that was burnt would you offer them their money back or a non-burned food item? If you answered no you should apply to work here because there is no manager so you can do whatever you want. If this place is winning “readers choice” it’s definitely a rigged voting system

My husband and I ordered a fried rice dinner. When I bit into my fried rangoon, I immediately felt something unlike cream cheese in my mouth. After further inspection it looked like a piece of plastic, like the corner of a package. Well there goes my appetite! I called Fantastic China to report this incident and was informed that I could either come back to the restaurant to replace it or receive a $3.95 credit for my inconvenience. We didn’t want to take any chances with the remainder of the meal.
