Whoever took my order HORRIBLE. I asked for two burritos and wanted them grilled. I asked her nicely to please make sure they were and her response was “ They have headset they can hear you” like If I knew. And when I got my food the burrito wasnt grilled so apparently they cant hear me right. DO BETTER AT UR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Let me start with the lady at the window was great and read our order correctly. But to whoever made it, go back to school and learn how to read we had sourcream when asked for NO SOURCREAM. Relieved 2 chicken tacos with only one having chicken the other was just sauce and onions and cheese. I don’t know if I’ll be ordering from this one anymore.

Absolutely the worst taco bell out there. Literally can’t get any orders correct. This is probably the fifth time they can’t get a simple order correct. I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza and they still give me beef and ontop of that make it look full. They added rice…. When has Mexican pizza’s HAVE RICE?

If I could give zero stars, I would be glad toooo!!!!! this Taco Bell is extremely dirty and unprofessional my tacos were just thrown together literally… The manager was about to feed friends of hers that didn’t even work there for free. They walked right in and ask for cups and got free drinks. Then when they realize I saw everything everyone tried to play it off. This Taco Bell is completely disgusting. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN !!!

I went in tonite, told the manager that my order the night before had no meat in it and wasn’t enough to cure my hunger. I had a stroke last week and am not able to cook right now. He did nothing about the previous order and I paid for a new one and he assured me it would be right. It wasn’t, it was trash again.

I’ve never had to force myself to finish a burrito, the tortilla was raw not steamed and there was barely any filling, the only reason I didn’t go back and complain was because i was literally starving and barely eaten all day. I noticed alot of 1 star reviews on here someone should definitely fire either the crew or the hiring manager

Oftentimes it’s a bit messy in the lobby and kitchen. Every time I have gone to this location something is wrong, skimpy, or missing, and the food is either cold or has aged ingredients. I’ve dined in, taken out, and had food dashed and all had the same result. Ur better off getting subway next door.

Easily the WORST Taco Bell EVER. I try to walk in to most places instead of waiting in drive-thru. But this place is the SLOWEST Taco Bell. They do not care about anything. You can stand at the counter for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledges your existence. Place needs help in more ways than one.

amazing employees but who ever runs the place needs to do an evaluation of the management! The way the “mangers” are talking to their employees is absolutely disgusting & unacceptable! As someone who runs a restaurant, I would never speak to my employees the way they were so comfortable with doing. Everyone who works here looks out right miserable w the nastiest customers with no one to back these workers up. All management had nasty grins on their faces all while telling one their employees to “smile” while they were visibly bawling their eyes out & getting screamed at by the dashers & customers in the lobby & to add getting screamed at about not stocking the straws correctly. then rudely continue to add little comments about how they weren’t stalking right, all while they had another employee letting the whole lobby know about their paraphernalia needs to be scaled correctly.
