Most wonderful experience. We sat on the patio. With the new trend of drive thru and rush home, it was such a contrast. Both the dining area inside and the patio were extremely clean. Bridget, the manager, was engaging and professional. Food was delicious and blizzards were prepared like we expected. We’ll be back very soon 🙂

I’ve been through drive thru many times but tonight I went in. It was immaculately clean. The manager, Bridget, is so nice, funny and professional. Most fast food places do not seem to care about their customers nor service. Bridget went out of way to serve us. On top of that she genuinely cares about the establishment and service .

Everything was very good. I just ordered two blizzards. One was not on the menu and when I asked, they said they could do it which was great to hear! I’ve been to other Dairy Queen’s and the food is usually pretty great. I’ll have to try this one when I’m back in the area.

Love this DQ. They always have great service, are polite & the location is clean. I love that they have a nice outdoor seating area. I got the s’mores blizzard and it was really good. This was the first time I tried one of their sandwiches, turkey & it was good too, but a little salty for my taste.

Third time I’ve come here and I live about a 15 mins away, I say because I place my order and pay for it wait for it to come out to me get home I’m missing a whole meal! So I learned the first time to check before I leave. Today same routine get my food check it right then and there in the drive through this time whole meal missing again and they didn’t even complete an order and then messed up the only full order in the bag!!! I went in waited another 10 mins in line I explained the issue to the young lady up front she didn’t understand so I asked for the manager she was nasty to me and the little girl that was working the drive through found it to be funny! I was tired of the back forth with this individual. At this point I don’t not want them to fix me any food!!!! I asked for all of my money back as they continued giving me dirty looks and cussing me out!! Just sad I will not visit this location again after going here for 3 years!!!! !!!UpDate!!! Went to the link that was provided to me and the part where your put info in to and the submit button doesn’t work. There’s a number there to contact them, I called it and got another another nasty individual it was as if I was bothering him! So at this I’m done with Dairy Queen!! Hello Sonic!!!

I came by during lunch time. The main lobby is closed, so everything is only drive thru for the time being. Business hours may shift from day to day depending on how much labor they have. The staff does seem to be masked up.

I go here fairly often because it’s in close proximity to my work. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. I’ve dined in and gone to the drive thru, many times. The food is always delicious, and the service is just a pleasure. If these folks don’t genuinely like their customers, they do a fantastic job of pretending to. They seem to take pride in doing a good job, and I sure do appreciate it.
