NEVER GET TAKEOUT! This store is fine when you order there and they make it in front if you. Tried the online order, paid, got back to the office and this is the first thing I see when I open the tin. Pathetic. I could see the bottom of the bowl. Definitely not $15 worth.

It will be a long time before I come back here. Please teach them how to cook protein. On one visit the steak was so chared I thought I had bit down on a rock. How does a manager allow this bad quality of food to be served? Could crack a tooth or damage a crown or filling for sure. Staff said I could get a replacement bowl with a different protein. Now a year later a rep treated us to lunch and brought in steak burrito bowls which she had to wait 10 min. while it cooked. Again the steak was not edible. Texture was hard, dry and tough as if it was over microwaved. I see you have a low review score total and I understand why. This is a management issue. A business is only as good as it’s owner/ manager. Will not be back until the score is at least 4.5. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from now in this part of town.

The food was good, but $28 for two burrito bowls w/o drinks is a bit over the top. This store was not as clean as I would have liked. Several tables and booths were littered & not wiped clean even though the store only had three seated customer groups, two people in line, and four visible staff standing about beside the cashier and server. The staff were cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Highway robbery is how I’d describe this Chipotle. The portions are small and the prices are high! I asked for queso on my burrito bowl. They gave me a splash of queso then had the audacity to charge me full price for it. This is just an unfortunate result of the company’s overall decline. But we are forced to eat here due to convenience. Mark my words White Sulphur Rd Chipotle, if I ever work here I’ll make sure to give out fat portions of food and will gladly lose my job over it too!

The person taking and fixing our order seemed to be overwhelmed, therefore he was rushing us and seemed agitated. This was our first visit to Chipotle so we didn’t know what or how to order. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

I have come here often and I can tell a distinct difference in service and quality by who is managing that night. I have come in multiple times at 8:30 and they are out of chips and not making more. They close at 10, really? So often the employees look uninspired and jaded. However, every positive experience has been when Yesenia is managing. Her entire team is always in a great mood and everyone works together for a good flow. There is always fresh food and smiles and going the extra mile. Thanks, Yesenia!
