I’ve been waiting so long for a place downtown that has good platters. I got the chicken gyro platter, which smelled great and tastes even better. The owner the rest of the employees were incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu

Most amazing food ever he puts a lot of love into his craft great service food was made very quickly and chef had an amazing attitude. I already ate the pita bread so I couldn’t have it in the picture. Also the beef is spectacular. Definitely come here when you have a chance you won’t regret it!

Excellent food. My wife and I usually make the 20 minute trip to Halal Guys in East Brunswick but when I saw this place I figured I’d give it a shot. The owner is very nice and he told me it was going to be the best beef and rice I’ve ever had. It’s OK to be cocky if you can back it up and he did. The meat had great texture and was seasoned excellent and the rice was the best I’ve had. The white sauce was great. The hot sauce could be a little hotter for me but it was still good. The hummus was also excellent, great taste and texture and the garlic pita it comes with was excellent. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good halal food!

The food was DELICIOUS! Went with some friends and tried the pita & hummus, a few of the gyro platters, and the baklava. All of the ingredients were fresh and prepared perfectly. The owner & family were so kind, and recommended we try a lamb curry dish (which we never would have ordered otherwise), but was outstanding! Have been raving about the food since I was there and will 100% be back for more!

My Boyfriend and I came to try out this halal restaurant. Let me just say the food is amazing! We had the Falafel which was the best we ever tried. Very light and fluffy and yummy! I had the lamb gyro it was delicious! The lamb was very tasty and fresh oh did I mention the sauce was out of this world. My boyfriend had the chicken and lamb mix plate his words this is really good. We will definitely we back the owner was very nice and you can tell he makes his food with love.

Was staying at the American hotel across the street when I discovered this gem. Coming from NY, I have high expectations for gyros/chicken and rice. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Their beef steak platter is to die for. To anyone that thinks halal guys is remotely good, try this place and you’ll be blown away. The owner is also very friendly and an overall great guy. Highly recommended!!
