This is by far one of the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever visited. I used to be a GM, so I hold them to a higher standard, but this place falls really short of yhe golden arches standards. Stopped in with the family for a quick dinner. Lobby was beautiful, recently updated, but boy, was it filthy. Watched over 10 employees walk by tables of garbage from other customers. It sat there from the time we came in until the time we left. They had at least 20 employees on the clock and only a few customers during our visit. The staff were all teenagers and were goofing off more than working. When we received our drinks, I politely waited while staff members got their own drinks. They began goofing off, so I gave space only to be run into by these employees. The worst part of all of this was once we received our food and began to eat, I realized our burgers were damn near raw inside. As well as the others were caked in ketchup…. They fixed it, but there no apology or any way to make it right. Never will we be visiting this establishment again. Do better.

Took 10 minutes to get my order even though I was the only person in line. Not only did it not taste fresh, they didn’t even put my hashbrowns that I paid for in the bag! So I really don’t know why it took so long. Ordered through the stupid app that won’t even refund you for the error of their employees and of course when I tried to call, no one answered

They let you get sauce for free on app, but once you get to the store they make you pay extra for the sauces you already included on your online order. 14 cents PER sauce. Manager claimed this was to help “make a profit”. I would’ve gladly paid if it were on the app I was charged, but this seems like too much. Especially considering I can place an order online and add sauces for FREE. Weird.

I’ve lived in winfield or crown point since 2017, and I quickly learned to avoid this place. The wait is always too long (I waited 25 minutes for lunch once), and half the time my order is wrong. This morning I stopped there because it’s been over a year, and it was on my route. I ordered a McGriddle and decaf coffee. Got a steak bagel, and coffee wasn’t decaf. Serves me right, I knew better. This McD’s is the WORST.
