Though I don’t like waiting 5-10min in the drive through for the order, the wait is worth it. I ordered 2 salads (Cobb with crispy chicken & House with grilled chicken) in the evening on 6/27/23. I can’t find another drive thru restaurant in Fleming Island that offers an actual LARGE fresh salad.

Humble Journey
I went to this Zaxby’s on 8/16/23 and the service was horrible. I waited in line to order and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. The manager or supervisor came from the back and said “we will be right with you, ma’am”. Then the cashier took my order. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. While I was waiting for my food, the cashier went on break when there was about 6 people in line waiting to order. There were 2 girls bagging the food for the customers in the drive thru. The people that was waiting left because no one was taking their orders. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was not good. It’s been a while since I ate at this location and hence the reason why. It might be awhile before I order from this location again. .

Well I love Zaxby’s…..except this one! The food took almost 22 minutes to get and wasn’t right when we did get it. We were offered a free combo meal ticket(for this franchise only) for our next visit(which will never happen). Then when we actually ate the salt infested food, our blood pressure went through….the coop. I’ve eaten Zaxby’s alot in my travels and have never had such a bad experience. Hopefully it was just a bunch of chicken scratch, for a normally delicious chicken joint.

I love Zaxby’s and their food is genuinely good a majority of the time, but I genuinely hate coming to this location and would rather drive the extra miles to go somewhere else. The employees are always incredibly rude and always act like I’m inconviencing them if I don’t have an online order. The amount of attitude I got for asking for the drink cup I paid for and they forgot to hand to me is insane. There were times I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes for my food and they were still rude and acted like it was my fault they were taking so long. I don’t know if I’ll come back to this location again.

Forgot my extra sauce I paid 25 cents a cup for, fries weren’t even seasoned, and my food was cold. Hands down worst zaxbys around. I’d recommend going anywhere but here even the staff had attitude and was swearing at they’re beeping machines.

Having to walk to the bathroom because there were no napkins to offer customers. No lids for the cups. And the cashier went to fill the lid container and was told not to because there was a line waiting (really) thank god she used her better judgement and filled the lid container. The ice machine (guess what) barely making ice. And to top it off your soles got stuck to the floor as you walk. Can Zaxby do better???? Food was great though.

tiniest salad ever in a different, smaller container. The grilled chicken on the sandwich was maybe 2 oz., doesn’t cover half the bun which appears smaller too. very friendly and efficient staff though.
