I love the food. Sometimes the service is iffy but usually good, The space in the restaurant is awesome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people who wanted Mexican and weren’t from the area. Love San Jose.

Mexican food is enjoyed with salsa and I like the spicy salsa with my food. After not finding an option to add salsa or write a note on doordash, Jay informed me on the phone that they can not add a spicy salsa to my order. They do not accept any kind of requests over the phone. Quite hilarious. I will be taking my behind to El Parral.

Ordered a burrito California from there and was told I couldnt take the mole sauce off….I’ve never in my life had any kind of restaurant tell me I couldn’t take certain things off a order I’m paying for! This restaurant has definitely lost my business!

5 to go orders. 1 bag of chips and salsa… ordered a chori pollo and wanted to sub all extras (guacamole salad, rice, beans) for fresh veggies. I was given a very small amount of green peppers and red peppers. Very disappointed with my first order and first experience with this restaurant. Wont be ordering here again.
