This is the worst run establishment I have ever seen. The second time I have tried to order and both times walked away with zero items. Today I ordered on the app 40 mins away. I get to the store that haven’t even started my order. The guy behind to counter states he just received my order. Why even have an app if it’s useless.

Yeah, they don’t pay attention to online orders so I’ve wasted an hour waiting for them to make my food that I ordered online 30 minutes before getting here. Pizzas are good but the service isn’t.

The staff sold our pizza to someone else after we waited 30 minutes for it…they said they would make another, but after 30 minutes they gave us the wrong order…not what we ordered
