This place has went downhill. I’m a frequent customer of this one and the one on Carlisle Pike. Tonight I came and got my usual meal the ice cream machine was not working, the staff was rude, and I forgot to get my sauces so then they charge me for them. STEER CLEAR and just go to the on Carlisle Pike the customer service and food is better.

The place was supposed to open at 6am but when I tried the door after that time the doors were still locked. The closing crew obviously do not take the closing duty seriously as the tables and chairs were dirty. There were napkins laying on the floor and benches as well. There are lights falling out of the ceiling as well. With being there 10 mins before anyone got to the drive thru, I still didn’t get my 2 burritos before drive thru had 2 cars.

I go to McDonalds maybe once a year when I’m depressed and need to shovel greasy scum down my garbage hole, and this year I was not disappointed. They got my order right and still gave me the wrong food, which is pretty impressive considering it’s pre-made and smushed into clearly-labeled packaging. Would 10/10 recommend this location to any fellow self-hating masochists.

The GM Is extremely hostile. I always order pick up and go in to get it. I stood there for 12 minutes without anyone saying anything to me the GM was upset because the man trying to pick up mobile order didn’t do something right. She stood where the put food in bags where the customer could clearly her what the GM was saying. She was speaking so horribly about this man and was loud enough for him to hear. Then she walks away again without even looking in my direction but she knew I was there because at that point I was the only other person in the lobby. Then a man comes in and walks right up to the counter and she starts helping him. At that point I asked the other customer if he could see me because I honestly was so confused as to how she was treating me. Then another guy comes in from outside and completely ignored me as well and then finally after waiting another 4 minutes he finally asked me if I needed help meanwhile the GM is helping the man that came in 10 minutes after me. It took 12 minutes. The GM needs an exorcism at this point. I was afraid to say anything because she was already hostile. And it’s not like they had a crazy line. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and me and a gentleman picking up mobile. WHY DO YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CLEARLY HATE PEOPLE.
