Previously they would always make my drink perfectly and now the past month or so my drinks have consistently been wrong, they never have any donuts or the bakery we want in stock whether we go in the morning, afternoon or later. The staff always seems like they don’t want to be there and makes you feel annoying for asking to correct or adjust drinks. Really unfortunate that my experience has changed so drastically recently. I was really excited that there was a good dunkin nearby ☹️

New store in Beaver Dam. Busy, understandable for long wait. I order a large butter pecan latte with whip. It came extremely too hot. Had to wait 30 minutes to try. It lacked in flavor big time. Tasted like a coffee with store bought creamer. Notcreamy or rich. I understand the store is newly opened but I am leary to go back and try again. I will stick with Nunatek CoffeeRoasters in Beaver Dam.

Reviews seem to be mixed for this Dunkin’ but I have stopped here once per week for the last month and have always had a positive experience. The person taking the order has always been friendly and had a smile. The orders have always been fast. No complaints.

I rarely write bad reviews but this was a terrible experience. The girl at the counter didn’t smile a single time, had zero sense of urgency, and got our order wrong after we repeated it multiple times. We watch as almost every customer who came in got the wrong order as well. They tried to give some bacon that was burned to a black crisp. There was one guy who was working his tail off. I felt bad for him because he seemed like the only one who was really trying.

Well we went and mobile ordered 6 regular glazed donuts. Open up the box to find 6 random donuts that they gave us. Nothing in our order was right and we were in a hurry so we couldnt go back. Should have just gone to Starbucks and so should you. This happened on 6/9/23 5:32 am

This used to be a pretty good location. All of my drinks and the few food items I have ordered were as expected and served in a timely manner. However, for the last few months, not only has the accuracy decreased, but so has the quality I’m sad to say. On Wednesday 1/23/20 I visited this store via drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead (not a big deal) and when my coffee was brought out to me it was wrong. I had to send it back. My sandwich .. well, I’m surprised someone thought it was ok to serve. The edges of the croissant, sausage, and egg were all burned as well as the cheese. How disappointing. I did give three stars because this place used to be pretty good, but it’s on its way down. If the downward spiral is stopped and corrected, I will update this post as well as update amount of stars.

I see that Dunkin Donuts had a lot of one-stars. My experience was good. My order was quick, right, and fast! I usually get a regular grilled cheese, but u tried the pesto, cheese, and tomato on sourdough bread. Yummy

Unbelievable. So my girlfriend and I are going through this Dunkin so that she can get something to eat. She ordered the snack and bacon and a latte. The bacon was cold!! She didn’t move from the drive through window and told them it was and the kid said it’s supposed to be cold!! We goto Dunkin’ where we live and that has never been the case. We insisted they remake it. As we got on the highway heading home, we found hair in it after eating a couple!!
