Really disappointed in the chicken katsu. Instead of the nice deep friend strips on their website this is what I got. Literally 90% chicken fat. This was almost 15 dollars and it was not even edible tbh.

Just tried this new location. Great looking interior. Lots of parking and well lit. There menu is a little smaller, so you will have to get up closer to read it. Medium priced. Tons of food and taste great. Drive thru available. Kid friendly and Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Good food, but hot foods were room temperature, cold macaroni salad was warm. Dined here many times and this recent experience was not typical. I was the sixth car in line at drive thru window, it took 48 minutes from time order placed until food was delivered. Ordered a Coke Zero, a diet drink, was given a Coke. When I questioned employee about giving a sugared drink to a diabetic she said Coke was the closest beverage to the Coke Zero I ordered. They did have Diet Coke but she refused to change it as I got what I ordered. Extremely disappointed experience!!!

Drive thru was extremely slow, and the food overall at this location just wasn’t good. The macaroni salad tasted funky tonight and the meat wasn’t very flavorful. Massive size pieces of cabbage that weren’t too edible. Have been going to other locations across the valley for years and will be skipping this location in the future. Bummer as it is the closest one nearby.

Smallest portion ever. Got the teriyaki chicken bowl and got a tiny scoop of rice and a little bit of chicken. Update: large chunk of cabbage was under the chicken so I didn’t get very much. Also bit down onto a sharp peice of plastic. Picture included. Never coming back here.

It was my first time eating here. The girl at the counter, knowing that, could have been a little more helpful in explaining the menu (and upselling!). The food was good, but a little salty, and I love salt. My daughter and I really liked the macaroni salad. I would come back to see how a second experience fares against the first. I would recommend giving it a try!

I have been ordering food since this location opened and never had a complaint. However tonight was very disappointing.!! Our food was very cold by the time we had dinner. My husband was there early to get our food and was told that they had run out of macaroni salad and needed to make more. Our pick up was for 6:17 PM, my husband called me at 6:49 PM to let me know that they ran out of macaroni salad and that they were making more. We live less then 1 mile away and the remained of order was very cold.
