This place is so hit or miss. Always out of stuff that I want. The chicken sandwich is good but sometimes, like this time the roll is dry and hard and it is just not good. Whoever your manager is that orders the food needs to figure out how to do thier job. Rolls should never be like this and you shouldn’t run out of stuff everyday.

Recently went to restaurants drive thru order a nine piece zingy wings combo sweet tea with little ice and dirty rice. I received wings that had no seasoning, tea with so much ice and sugar I had to delete Cheese ! and no dirt rice but mac n cheese! Didn’t live in area so I was stuck and when called the store no answer.

I stopped here on my way home, and my aunt just told me that this location sucks. Well, she was right. I ordered a 4pc tender combo mixed regular and spicy. The tenders were dry and hard. I ordered a side of greens. I did not get them. This is one reason why I don’t each out much at fast food places. They charge so much, and the quality of the food is poor. Lesson learned should have listened to my aunt.

Tonight I drove up to the drive thru at 8:30. I had to ask that the lights be turned on so I could see the menu. Really?? It was dark around 8:00. They were not busy at all. I order my food & drive straight to the window. No cars were in front of me. The guy asked me what did I order. Really? This was after he repeated my order & gave me the total just 5 seconds ago. I get home & get my food ready. I opened the gravy & it was runny, like water. I opened up the coleslaw & it smelled bad, so straight to the trash. I took a bite of the mashed potatoes & oh my God……it tasted as if it had sat out for days. It was sour. After that, in the trash it all went. The only thing that tasted good was the Pepsi. S, I PAID $12.43 for a Pepsi. I will NEVER go back to that location again. My advice is to not hire these young kids to be left alone to run the place unless you have an older manager on site to make sure that the customers are satisfied. By that, I mean, make sure the food is cooked properly, keep up with how old the food is before serving it to the customers. Would also be a plus to teach these younger kids to pay attention when a customer speaks. The guy gave me the food & said here ya go. Not thank you & have a good evening. He does not belong in this business, he has no people skills & NOT friendly at all.

Went thur the drive thur ar 12:22 to place my order. Paid for my food at the first window. After waiting at the second window for about 5mins, I was told to pull around to the front door and my food will be right out. Sitting in my vehicle watching customers go in and out, still NO food for me at 12:44. I decided to go inside to see what was the problem. No customer inside and staff talking. As I approach the counter, a female dressed in all black (manger) says “o you been outside waiting on your order, here it , sorry about that “. Last time I visit Golden Chick in Forest Hills! Did I mention i was on my lunchbreak too!

Love me some GOLDEN CHICK! Finally tried this location out & my fiance & I were very impressed. Everything was great. We got fish & tenders they were cooked & battered just right. We will definitely keep going to this location. They employees were very friendly & welcoming when we walked in.

Fish wasn’t seasoned and it was very small not worth the price tender are normally good but idk what was wrong 8/3/2023 and my gallon of tea wasn’t sweet so just wasted $36 the chicken salad/roll was good tho

The front door was locked. I pointed that out to the counter help. He rudely said,” its supposed to be, we don’t open until 11.” I showed him my watch indicating 11:10, he went and got the manager who told me, ” the lobby is closed, we are short of help.” I took my business elsewhere. I will never go to another Golden Chick again. Their hired help obviously doesn’t care about professional service.

So I had taste for some Wicked Wings on Tuesday about 8pm, the line was wrapped around the building. So I got out to go inside the diner and the doors were locked. An employee, who was sitting down, came to the door. I asked, “why isn’t the diner open? He yelled, she asked why the diner closed. He said the manager said its closed. I said but why? Your diner is open until 11pm (me, reading from posted business hours on the door). He then yells to the manager, she said but why? Manager said the Owner said to close the diner. I got in the line. I guess I was marked because when I placed my order the guy took my order then suddenly remembered they were out of Wicked Wings ♀️ ♀️. No worries I went to a better one
