Went through the drive-thru and first thing the girl mumbled and had to be asked to repeat herself multiple times and cutting us off at the end of every sentence with, “and that’ll be all?” Before either me or my boyfriend were done ordering. So anyway, we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with lettuce and mayo added and a macaroni bowl combo. I get the chicken sandwich, there’s not lettuce or mayo on it, so my boyfriend goes in and gets that fixed. They throw away the sandwich get me a whole new one, the new sandwich is no longer a spicy patty, they put none of the signature sauce back on and added what I originally asked for plus tomato. Then I go back to eating and realize both of our drinks are wrong. We decide we don’t care enough to go back in again and get it fixed, but we’re also missing a side of fries I paid for. So I go in and show them the receipt for my missing fries and they take almost 10 minutes to get my fries and the container was only about half way full (no body in there was wearing gloves either while handling food). About half the people I was in line with were also in there fixing their drive-thru orders. You guys suck.

Drove through the drive-thru on 7/25/23 and when handed our drinks, there was soda all over the outside of the cups. I asked the employee to dry them off before handing them to me and she gave me a dirty look and then took one of her fingers and very smugly wiped down the one area of the cup with the soda on it. She then tried to hand me another cup with soda on the outside of the cup and so I asked her again. She did the same thing. There was maybe four pieces of ice between the two large drinks and they were only about 75% full (only 100 degrees outside). Our order was also missing the sauce for the chicken and napkins. Don’t waste your time stopping at this poorly run establishment!

We did a pick up order that was suppose to be ready at 7:24 pm it wasn’t done til 8.. the extra crispy chicken which what we were waiting on was soggy… went home to Payette and they still forgot part of our meal… tired to call and no one would answer the phone and then it was taken off hook. So I had to drive all the way back and get did you bring the whole meal with you… Sorry I was already frustrated I forgot!! Very poor service, poor attitudes and poor food! For the price we paid definitely won’t be back

Spent 30$ got 2 big box meals substituted mash/gravy for mac/cheese. And sweet lightening drinks. Got home opened the bag all I had in the boxes were cx/ mash/gravy . Sweet lightening had no syrup in it . There was no coleslaw and no Mac/cheese. I was pretty . Too mad to go back. Will probably not go back for a long time.. this seems to be a regular thing nowadays. Missing items.

First off the girl taking our order in drive through was very mumbly and when I asked her to repeat herself I recieved attitude. I told her “I want a cheese burger with just ketchup on it, like just bun, cheese, burger and ketchup” and she responded “yea, I got that” then when I got to the window she kept mumbling the total and I didn’t want to ask her to repeat herself for a third time so I just gave her my money. When she handed me my change and receipt she dropped the receipt and didn’t offer to replace it for me or apologize. We had to ask for straws and spoons for our drinks and she handed us 6 of each even though we only had 2 shakes. Then when we received our food they had given us (and charged us for) two cheese burgers, both with everything on it. The girl also used her bare hands to grab the lid for our shakes almost making a point of rubbing her fingers all over the inside of the lid. I may be hangry writing this review (because they messed up my food!!) But I think all of these complaints are legitimate things that should he addressed. Do better girl ♀️
