I took my son to get a small pizza not realizing the time I came before it even opened. The gentleman asked what I needed and said they aren’t open yet and I said I’ll come back. He asked me the order and when I came back at opening time it was already to go. Very prompt and polite service. My son said it was the best pizza he’s ever had

Very dissapointing! I ordered a pizza online and was supposed to receive the pizza at the time that was posted.I drove there to pick up the pizza at the time I was given.The pizza was not done they had to throw it in the oven to cook it.The guy working was rude also.I had a 100$ bill I guess he thinks all 100$ bills are counterfeit he was very rude about it.I don’t think I will ever order from this pizza hut again it’s always a bad experience there are many pizza places here that have great customer service and you don’t have to wait for your pizza when it’s supposed to be finished you receive the pizza and get to go home.This is pizza hut needs better management and better customer service and for the food to be done at the time you are given not 20 minutes later.Just awful I don’t recommend this pizza hut.Its the worse one I have ever ordered from it’s always a issue I’m not coming back I will spend my money at a professional pizza establishment from now on!

Worst experience ever. Will not go back or order again. Order a pizza that I couldn’t customize at all. Pizza also looks dried out. Wings didn’t have any sauce and delivery took 2 hours. Tried to call and kept getting put on hold. Obviously management doesn’t care about customer service or the experience people get. I dont want a generic reply like you give everyone else. It’s not going to fix the issue or change the problems.

As a delivery person and customer, this is one of the few restaurants in Carbondale that I have come to expect everything to be correct, timely, and the service to be friendly. Will continue to order from here. Oh, and some of the online carryout deals can’t be beat for value and that is also incredibly important to me.

My brother ordered a pizza from this location at roughly 9:30pm and was told the wait would be around 35 minutes. A delivery man arrived to our hotel with Another order at 12:30 told him the pizza was still at the restaurant. It never showed. He was never called about his missing order and the restaurant never answered his calls. 1 star is honestly too many for this experience. Everybody out Pizzas this Hut.

I love Pizza Hut! It is so good! They’re very quick at making their pizzas. It won’t take forever for it to be ready and to pick up. I’m not familiar with the delivery because delivery usually takes longer. So, the best thing to do is calling your order or order online, go through the drive up, and you will have your pizza super fast.
