Went here for lunch today. It was awesome (per usual) Today I got a steak bowl and man o man it was just PERFECT! I ate until I was uncomfortable because it was soooooo delicious! I love how the staff always has friendly faces on as soon as you walk in the door. They take their time with each customer yet get people taken care of so fast. Even when the line has been to the door the wait time has never been an issue. I really enjoy this location-we visit frequently and will continue to do so. Thanks to the incredible staff and the amazing-always fresh-food.

Ordered online, used reward for free chips and queso .. never received. Also requested sour cream on the side of burrito and never received. I called the store spoke to gentlemen who claimed to be a manager and he was rude af and said I didn’t order anything else, even after I explained it was a reward , then demanded I come in to the store 4 mins till closing to show him a rewards card that doesn’t exist as it’s on the app. Why would I drive 15 mins to you after paying for delivery?!?! Chipotle will be my go to next time.

Ordered takeout from here March 6th, 2023 at 2:30 pm. I just got done eating at Ichiban and thought about getting a snack for later at night to eat for dinner so I came in here. I walked in here to friendly staff and good food! The guy making the burrito was quiet and not that conversational (which isn’t bad btw) and was very quick at making my burrito. He was polite when I asked him to clarify what he was asking me. Idk his name, but he had some stubble and black hair. I was in and out which was awesome. I believe it only took me 5-6 minutes to get it and pay for it. As for the chicken queso burrito, it tasted great! Ingredients were fresh and for 13 dollars, it was a great deal as it filled me up! Overall, I highly recommend coming here to eat! You won’t be disappointed.

The app had a malfunction on me for an online pick up when I put in sweet and spicy chicken it never appeared on the order. Whoever is Carol (assumingely the manager) was not cooperative. Will never be coming back here as they were rude to me about everything. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I honestly went to qdoba on a weekly basis and because of this I’ll never come back AGAIN. What a waste of $25. Just go to chipotle they would never treat anyone like this.
