I had the Chicken Taco Salad at La Rockita Downtown and it was perfect. The Chicken was juicy and full of flavor and it was a very generous portion. Fresh Lettuce, Creamy Refried Beans, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Tomatoes, and Cheddar Cheese in a Crispy Tortilla Shell makes for a yummy lunch. The Red and Green Hot Sauces were excellent. The service was very quick and the staff are welcoming.

Great burritos, and great for vegans. The vegetarian burrito with no dairy is my go to, and I’ve ordered it probably 50x at this point…not once have they accidentally added dairy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming as well.

Servers are really nice, but a few times, we have encountered ones that have trouble understanding our order. (Probably an English as a second language thing) That’s okay, it just means practicing patience and kindness. The food is worth it!

Been here twice since I finally went a week ago! Thought it would be the same as the other La Rocas/Rockitas but it was SO much better! Had the chile rellenos burrito the first time and it was pretty good but the second time I got the pork verde burrito (no beans on the side just extra rice) and it was amazingly delicious and a bit spicy. Would’ve been great with a beer or a wonderful looking margarita but I was on my lunch break… There’s always next time!

Haven’t been here in about 5 years as my career took me out of the area. 5 years later it definitely didn’t disappoint. The Tacos may of even got bigger. I could only do 3 of the super.
