The pizza was good. The crust was very fresh and tasty. I gave them only 4 stars because they advertise that the $5 are always available to just walk in, order and go. They open at 10 am and I stopped in just after noon. I was told that they didn’t have any ready and it would be at least 10 minutes for the classic but I could get one of the $6 with extra pepperoni right away. The picture is the $6 pepperoni pizza.

I placed an order for the stuffed bread sticks for delivery I get this crazy stuff bread with no marinara sauce and the food was cold. I called the little Caesars to inform them of this and the manager says I’ll give you a crazy sauce the next time you come in like no, how about refund me back my little five dollars because my order didn’t come the way it was supposed to

Horrible customer service! The manager on shift at 3:30 P.M. on 2/17 should be fired. She has no clue how to resolve a problem and treat a paying customer. We waited 35 minutes for our pizza. When I asked why it was taking so long I got treated wi to nothing but a rude attitude and disrespect. Not even close to happy with my experience here today.

Terrible customer service. Upon arriving, finally was told order was in the self serve pick up. I was told that I needed to use the code that was sent in an email. I didn’t bring my phone, so I didn’t have access to the code. My wife drove so I didn’t bring my wallet. The employee would not give me the pizza without my ID. The order was prepaid. I asked for a refund and will never order a pizza from this business again. I gave the staff my last name and they looked up the order confirming the order. How many people will come in and try to use my last name to steal my pizza? None.

The service was prompt and courteous. The fella even didn’t even try to front about the seriously overpriced drinks. So my friend and I headed over to Fry’s to get some beverages while they finished cooking the cheese bread and this bacon wrapped deep dish. Gonna watch a movie and enjoy the rest of the night now. ✌
