Took the kids and wife out for mother’s day for dinner tonight. Under the new ownership the atmosphere has completely changed. The service and overall attitude were amazing. The food was great and they were very nice to our kids. They also had the old style arcade video games to play for free. Our son is special needs and he lit up when he was able to play. As a fellow business owner my hat is off to you guys! I will let any and everyone I know to come to you guys for the best pizza around. I highly recommend this place not only because they are under new ownership but also because the food and atmosphere is better. Firehouse Pizza is the place to be.

For as small as Thornville is we are lucky to have a place to eat like this. It’s nothing fancy but the cool old building and food make it a nice place to stop and get out of the house

over charged me for food girl told me 7.99 receipt said 10.99…. then had my daughter call and ask price it was 13.99???? the manager Matt was rude….when asked about this not willing to adjust or try to make it right the cazone was so small it was ridiculous…. the check out girl i said u should be embarrassed to even sale this its so small…. called back asked for owner… then matt got on phone again said he was owner..very rude they were laughing it up… when i got there..i back maybe should have paid attention to business… would not recommend this place… at all.. no business sense…if he IS?? THE OWNER feel sry for this place… they WERE NOT BUSY……

Sub needed more meat and more flavor. Hand tossed pizza crust was very doughy and had no flavor. The pizza toppings were sparse and the only decent topping was the sausage. Sauce tasted like it came from a can. The wings were good but the sauce was not so great. Staff was nice but not friendly. Uninviting atmosphere. Not one person said thank you. It was very cold, no heat was on and it was like 35° outside.

The sauce is sweet which I like. Sometimes the crust is over done. Consistency anywhere now a days is struggling. 6 wings at best were 3.5 with 2 batter crumbles. Good help is hard to find.
