We ate inside, it was weird… No waitresses, you have to order at register. It was a bit confusing, you have to find your own plates, silverware, and cups. No fountain drinks, just bottles and 2 liter . All the food taste the same, just way smaller portions. We were still hungry when we left.

The young lady named Lilly, was super sweet and so nice! Very good customer service. I NEVER had an amazing experience at a pizza hut like I did tonight! I really feel like she should get recognized for the hard work and dedication to her job. A job VERY well done. I never ask people for their names or never really ever leave reviews but I’m seriously impressed. Also, the food was AMAZING as well. Definitely coming back!

I was impressed. We ordered from the Sheffield Pizza Hut on Black Friday. We weren’t shopping. We were decorating and needed a quick dinner. Our order was at our door 29 minutes from the second I ordered a Big Dinner Box with customized pizzas and some pretty amazing pasta and breadsticks. It was fast, hot and just what we needed.

Shop was locked, lights where out, and no one answered the phone when I arrived for my carry-out order. I drove through the drive-thru on a whim, and several employees walked past me before I was served. Employees refused to give me a refund for a missing item, and practically forced me to pick something else, even though I kept saying “it’s fine”, and I made it clear that I did not want anything else.
