I had a TERRIBLE experience. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru before parking and walking into the store. I then spoke to the manager who said they were “understaffed” and then did not give me my order or any compensation for my time waited, not even a drink. I asked for corporates phone number and was told that she didn’t have one. I then went online and left a review to corporate and never received a call or email. Absolutely ridiculous, awful, and terrible experience from everyone involved. I will not be going to Bojangles, especially this specific location anytime soon! Learn customer service!

Food was hot and prepared quickly. Restaurant was mostly clean and the service was pretty good overall. They don’t have all the menu items that other Bojangles has (southern filet items without the Cajun spices.) Other than that, it’s pretty good over-all.
