Last week my boyfriend went to Bronx Deli and it’s safe to say he or I will NEVER buy food from them again. They served him a serious health code violation! MOLDY pasta salad. Never in my life have I seen such a complete disregard of a restaurant to serve something very clearly expired to a customer. Absolute disgrace. We’ve seen Bronx Deli going downhill over the years but this is a new low. Be careful eating at this establishment.

Honestly, what happened to this place? I ordered a Captain grinder that comes with chicken cutlet, eggplant, mozzarella and roasted red peppers. I got two tiny circles of eggplant on each grinder half. Like other poor reviews, whoever is making the sandwiches is clearly putting the absolute bare minimum on for contents. I won’t go back. Terrible.

I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. Both extra meat n cheese. See the picture never going back. No lettuce, tomatoes. Sure don’t look like extra meat n cheese to me. Cost me almost $28.00 oh and that did include 2 sm bags of potato chips

Nothing Bronx about it. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and it was the worst processed chicken cutlet I have ever had. I’m adding a picture so you can see a main part missing. That’s right, marinara sauce. Also the bread was old and dry. Total fail! Go to burger king instead, at least their processed chicken sandwich tastes better.

I ordered 5 large grinders for a office party lunch with drinks. Sandwiches were good, but I have had much better. My complaint they are too rude to say thank you. Even with a generous tip, they could careless.

Go somewhere else. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak when somebody decided to take my order. I watched him take the meat out of the case put it on a plate mean while pulled his phone out of his pocket with a glove on….. that was more important at the time, put his phone away wipe his gloved hand on his dirty apron then continue to pick up more meat. Looks like a 15 year old with glasses obviously he’s not too worried about getting things done and he moves accordingly. I just walked out because there’s no talking to kids like that.
