I got a maple-battered fried oyster mushroom vegan sandwich today at the asbury park boardwalk. It was, hands down, the best sandwich I have ever had. I couldn’t believe it was vegan, it was so deliciously satisfying. I got to compliment the owner on it, too, since she was standing right there in the food truck court. She was lovely, the chef was terrific, and the food was incredible. I’ll make sure to visit each time I’m in Asbury.

Had their “special” buffalo chick’n sandwhich and the sun smoothie. I am not vegan and I had a hard time understanding how good this tasted. Amazing food and super polite staff! I highly recommend to all looking for a tasty meal that doesn’t leave you feeling disgusting like all the alternative food trucks around.
