Took a long time to prepare the food. I could see the staff working and it was clear they are not working as a cohesive team at the moment. The store wasn’t particularly busy, but they were in a rush, bustling around with no sense of teamwork or plan. It took a good 15 minutes to get my order, when it should have been ready to go as I walked in the door. The waiting caused me to lose money, and my customer to wait, since courier work depends upon the restaurant to have things ready to go within the time frames they commit to.

I came in yesterday around 4:30ish wanting to try something new but didn’t know what for sure. the manager Andrea was super helpful, and did not make me feel like I was taking forever. I have really bad anxiety, and typically I get really anxious talking to people but Andrea was very sweet and easy to talk to. The food here was amazing, the service fast and the workers were quick and very accommodating! This place deserves 10 stars, I will definitely be coming back!

Worst service I’ve ever seen. We came in at 4:50, not knowing the store closed at 5. I get it. You’re closing soon. Our bad. But there’s a way to say “we’re closing soon” without being rude and hostile to customers. The cashier (presumably the manager) was very short with me as I was ordering and didn’t say anything at all to me. No “thank you”. Nothing. As I got my food, the man threw my salad on the table from a distance like I was an animal. Everyone working there acted like they wanted to leave as soon as possible, god forbid they had to stay just a little late to give customers their food. The other girl was laughing at us and said “bye” in a very rude way. As a regular who enjoys their food a lot, I’m never coming back to this location or any of the other baggin’s locations for that matter if they hire people that treat customers like this. To anyone reading this, don’t go here or spend money here unless you want to be disrespected for no reason at all.

I was looking for some desserts to take to an Italian themed dinner party. It was very last minute and Baggin’s OV came to the rescue after a Google search. I ordered their individual Limoncello bundt cakes and they were delicious. Lemony, moist, and spongy! The choco chip cookie sack was a hit with the kids as well. Great prices on them all!

Good food, good service, nice patio area to eat safely outside, and a nice Tucson afternoon. The sandwich menu is diverse and amusing/quirky. They make all their offerings thick and hearty with liberal use of sauces. Our sandwiches all came with chips and an unexpected cookie! Good place for a quick lunch or a leisurely get together with friends.

I really love their food and it’s fairly healthy. Lots of different sandwich options and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for! Would have given five stars but the employees at this location have a habit of rating their own service on your behalf during checkout and I feel like it’s mildly dishonest. They don’t do this at other locations so my assumption is they’ve been trained by their management to do so.. it makes me uncomfortable.
