They never miss a beat. A family tradition and a tradition of flavor. Hams are always perfect and very consistant in taste and flavor. A must have for Thanksgiving, Christmas or Bowl game party. Always but and prepay for holiday orders. This makes for easy pickup and very minimal line waiting on crazy holiday rushes. Leftovers make the best ham and chesse sandwiches ever.

Excellent service, delicious food. One thing to remember, during the holidays these stores are super busy, mistakes can happen, but if you will talk to the manager, they will take care of you! Also, this is a business that brings in many temp workers for the holidays and as in all retail establishments, accidents and double charges occur. How YOU handle an incident like this is a reflection of how you will be treated in return!

I ordered a turkey for a large dinner with my out of town family. The turkey was great, but the service was stellar. My family came with me to pick it up and they were literally blown away with how friendly and helpful the woman at the store was. Thanks for the cooking tips and great service…. oh and the yummy turkey too!

Great food. Tried the smoked turkey breast for the first time, which was as good as the boneless Honeybaked half hams. We like the cleanliness practices of the store and staff and the placement of the credit card terminal. I guess their business has been slow lately, understandably so, so they have been running some great specials. It’s time to try them again or for the first time since there is not a long line even to get in.

First time placing an order it was busy but the lines were separate. The problem was parking and trying to get out of the parking lot

I went to the location in Sugarland Texas. Stood in line for about 45 minutes got to the counter and was told they weren’t going to honor my gift card that I had gotten from my employer for Christmas. Only credit or debit cards were accepted. They should honor the cards that have already been paid for. I will never go there except to redeem my gift card. I will go to HEB, or Walmart instead.

My last 2 hams have been so disappointing. I paid $80 for my Easter ham, but the bone was so big that the amount of ham was minimal. I bought another one for July 4th and the ham was really dry that I ended up throwing some away

One couple got to the door at the same time so I moved to the side, they thanked me but they didn’t need to, I also got in right away, no real crowd. I told the counter man what I needed and he brought one ham to show me, just right and I’m happily on my way home! Thanks to H B Ham Co…
