I have never had an issue in this place before, I would almost consider myself a regular. Today a man with a bread and glasses, made my burritos, absolutely ruined my experience, he was rude, I felt rushed with no one behind me in line, inconsistent on serving sizes (I had multiple orders). When I asked if my second order could look like the first, he said he would have to charge me for the extra. I don’t understand why I would be charged for his inconsistencies. I said don’t worry about it, moved down to the sauces last step of the process I asked for Hot Head sauce and ranch. I got the normal amount of hot head and one little strip of ranch, I asked for little more and he again told me it would be extra. I once again brought up the inconsistency he made the excuse that the bottle caps were different. I’m not a cheapskate, I got the queso and the guac I have no problem with an add on but damn.

Me and the wife stopped for the first time because it was highly recommend, and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing! Yummy! I will definitely stop by again! And thank you to Tanisha, Kennedy for not only preparing delicious food but making it look neat like a TV commercial, and being very friendly to us while we were in the store! Way better than chipotle

The atmosphere in that place is like eating in a jungle. I could’ve went to lunch with the giraffes and they at least would get my order right. Not only did I go once, but twice and something negative happened. I couldn’t tell who the boss is. I never did get what I ordered.

7pm, open sign flashing. Lady behind the counter yelled at us “Online orders only” without looking at us. We were confused and asked if they were open. Still wouldn’t look at us, but we got a “YES.” We ordered from Chipotle LMFAO.

I am from the southwest, and authentic Mexican food can be found on every corner not so much around here well any that I would shake a stick at atleast but I tried Hot Heads and I must say that it is pretty darn good for 3 tacos 1 fish 1 steak and 1 chorizo and a large drink was 10 bucks awesome price compared to other places that want 3.75 to 5 bucks per taco and imo not even close to worth it the young man that prepared my tacos and helped me out with questions being my first time in was super chill and created a nice experience the place was clean and all cooking surfaces were also very clean the food tasted great as close to home as I have had in a long time 10/10 recommend and 10/10 will go back

My flour tortilla was not included. I called back and spoke with a black woman, Ashley. She overtalked me and stated that she had to look back at the cameras to see if “he put them in or not. He does it for doordash”. I tried to explain to her that I placed the order through the hot head app on my phone.

Went into get a chicken fajita bowl got a half a scoop of chicken a bunch of rice and two green peppers and about three onions ask for more fajitas and was told it will be 5 to 10 minutes Said can I get a little bit of more chicken and was told that will be extra whatever very unprofessional get home and the rice was not even cooked it was hard. Very dissatisfied not only was it poor customer service the food was not cooked all the way think I will be visiting Chipotle from now on

The place literally had flies everywhere flying all over the food and one of the associates insinuated my daughter had social anxiety out loud in front of everyone I don’t think this employee meant any harm he just needs to be educated more on triggers and mental issues
