This place is always good. The drinks and good are superb. The waiter who helps us is always cool. Idk his name but he has curly hair and a beard. Always comes to check on us and makes sure we have everything we need. The menudo is really good here. Hard to find a spot that makes it right. Hopeful they can expand one day because I really would like to frequent this place in other cities.

Tried and True Local Mexican Food! Every visit, we are greeted with warm smiles, and we enjoy catching up with the familiar faces of both the cooks and waitstaff, some of whom we’ve known for years. Even though we’re not considered regulars, this has become our top choice for Mexican cuisine in Ventura. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Woah. We got the fajita burrito and fajita camarones— and we basically cleaned the plates. Do NOT skip over the complimentary chips and salsa, both are made in house and the salsa is the best we’ve ever had. Ever.

Absolutely the BEST place to go for family style mexican food! This has been my go-to place for my mexican food craving for 20+ years. The staff and service is amazing and the food beyond reproach! I recommend the “Huevos Con Machaca” for a hearty breakfast and you can’t go wrong with the fajita style burrito.

I had a combination that included a shredded beef taco, chili relleno, and cheese enchilada. The egg batter on the relleno was so light and fluffy. The taco was full of delicious shredded beef topped with guacamole and sour cream and the cheese enchilada was absolute perfection.
