We went to grab food at 10:30 (Not even that late). Was so excited for nacho fries and end up getting cold and some were soggy. You can tell from the picture the rim of the fries packaging has grease stains, meaning it’s been sitting and that means it’s old. Taco Bell do better! We don’t pay for cold and old food!

First off I had to order Enchiritos on line because they are not on the system. Makes no sense.. secondly I ordered a taco and when I brought it home the shell was in pieces. DO NOT GO!!! It used to be one of my favorite Taco Bells to go to but unfortunately they are hiring people that are rude for no reason. I was helped by a cashier with the name of Donya F according to the receipt. He was extremely rude when he handed me a coffee that I hadn’t order and crumpled the bag of food he handed me and just gave me attitude for no reason. I wasn’t rude at all, I don’t know if he was having a bad day but its not fair to take it on the customer.

Meditation Relaxing Nature
Today at 8:30PM. I wanted to order food and told them specially to preper fresh. As I came to the window. He said it’s fresh while the order didn’t take him one minute to make. He closed the window and call the police as he forced me to drive off from the drive through. He refused to give his name. Very disappointed with the service.

Bad food, bad service. The man was depressing and didn’t give our order of nacho fries, only the crunch wrap supreme. He said we didn’t order the fries, but we did. A few hours after I ate the food, I had an upset stomach. I think this marks the end of my support for the Taco Bell company.

As the employee continues to ignore me but still acknowledges me when I say thank you for ignoring me She should get the employer than love that this chic knowledge of how much of a great service he was doing and they’re annoying me as the pin customer even though I didn’t have a car I hope she gets the Taco Bell employee of the month reward for being excellent employee and a role model for all the Taco Bell employees I commend you 5 now lets its hands stars for you for being an exception all I hope you have a great time yourself

How many times can a person go back to get an order correct. Loved the kindness but hate the ineptitude. I DK if they know what beef is but everything was chicken when we ordered beef burritos. Seriously the Crenshaw eateries by el Camino all have an issue with orders.
