This is my first time visiting Mission BBQ. The servers were extremely nice and friendly. The person that prepared my take out asked if was our first time, and I told him it was. The guy gives us a quick history and background of this franchise and how they make their meats. Then he offered to give me all of the BBQ sauces that they had for me to try. I had the brisket and pull pork and they were excellent. I enjoy Memphis Belle and Smoky Mountain BBQ sauce the most. I have to say the guest service was outstanding and the food was superb as well!

I ordered over $100 worth of food online and expected the customer service to be at least as good as McDonald’s. However, the service was actually worse than McDonald’s. I stood at the sign for online orders and yelled for help, but no one seemed to notice me. I eventually had to flag down someone to get my food. The portions were also very small for the price. The food was dry and over-salted, and I couldn’t quench my thirst for the rest of the day after eating it. The food quality was mediocre at best.

We ordered dinner on line first time we were there. The brisket sandwich was delicious! I had the turkey sandwich absolutely delicious! We will definitely be coming back to try the other meats on the menu! Loved Mission BBQ
