So my eggs are burnt my toast wasn’t even cooked. And the person cooking wasn’t even paying attention to my food the cook was talking nonsense “ yeah what’s good dog. You know what I’m saying.” Singing and rapping so that everyone can hear him. Made me feel like I was in a terrible area. My server was awesome though kinda sad she has to deal with that. She even got onto him about the food. Rest in peace Waffle House 🙁

I visited this Waffle House location today and had a great experience. Sherry was my server and she was pleasant. All of the employees were greeting customers as they came in the door and telling them to “have a good day” as they left. My food was good! 5 stars!

Let me just start out by saying that typically when I go to Waffle House, it’s not for the service, but I was craving some waho waffles and cheese eggs! I haven’t been in at least 6 or 7 years. There are 2 locations off of exit 14 and my friend and I decided to meet at this one and boy am I glad we did! It was outstanding. Our server, Cassie, was so kind, let us take our time and was more than happy to bring us extra items. After we finished, she happily brought us to go drinks. There was another woman working who checked us out and she was so nice too! And as we left I think every person working in that restaurant kindly said goodbye and hoped we had a great day, etc. As soon as we stepped out of the door my friend and I both looked at each other and had the same thought. Everyone was so amazing and the food was delicious! They even brought us extra waffles because they weren’t happy with how small ours turned out originally. We were blown away and very pleasantly surprised with the service. I will definitely be back to this specific location! Keep up the great work!!

We went there for breakfast around 9:45. We were greeted instantly. They were pretty busy and yet we only had to wait s few minutes before being seated. Our server was nice and attentive. Did not have to wait long for our food. Everything was hot and delicious. I ordered the cheesesteak hashbrown bowl and blueberry waffle…Yum! Waffle House outshines the Huddle House by a mile!

Love this Waffle House! The service was spot on with a big smile; and, the chef/cook was excellent, also a big smile. Ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich with Hashbrowns scattered, smothered and covered…it was just what I expected. I’ve been to this restaurant before and I will certainly be back again!

Goodness! What can I say except I hope someone gets fired. Service was beyond horrible and the most disrespectable I’ve experienced in my 61 years here on earth. Sure hope someone adjusts her attitude after she got home from work today. Bless her Heart.

Honestly where do I begin I came here today tryna get a quick meal with my boyfriend and my uncle I’m Hispanic and the way I was treated here was not at all okay my waiter whom I didn’t even bother to learn her name just because of how she was treating us started off with throwing our straws on the table we ignored it said thank you and she ignored us fine whatever she didn’t give us our silverware until we had or food on our tables cooling down we tried to flag her down before then but she kept ignoring us and very visually bothering other tables she kept coughing with her mouth open and quite honestly made us loose our appetite when she finally gave us our silverware she threw it on the table as she did with our straws this time I was annoyed we were trying to eat and she kept coming up to us asking us pointless questions touching our drinks as we were trying to eat while jaw jacking it was not helping their case and don’t even get me started on the cooks honestly wasn’t to bad when I first got there they said hello to me and were welcoming but nobody wants to hear you fight with your coworkers they were yelling at the servers like they raised them or something it was disturbing and everyone in the restaurant was quite uncomfortable I will never come back to this location and I don’t recommend anyone do at that point

Staff is fine but my order is wrong and I can’t even call about it I have to go all the way back to the store! No phone line for a restaurant isn’t a good idea. Now I paid full price for my order to be screwed thanks a lot
