If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered food for my son to be delivered to his dorm at 9 pm and at 10:30 he still had no food. Called 3 different times and was spoke to very rudely by the woman taking calls. Told me they had two drivers and “he’d get it when he got it”. At 10:30 I asked for a refund and the number for a manager to contact tomorrow and was told “we don’t give out our managers’ numbers.” I have never gone Karen on someone because I work in customer service and understand things happen, but I was given no resolution to the problem, was treated very rudely, and most importantly, my son goes to bed hungry. At the very least, I want a refund. Do better, Dominos. The food is good if you’re lucky enough to actually receive it. 🙁

Delivery driver pulled up put front. Sat for 5 minutes in his car, never got out then pulled away. I had ordered an hour and half before hand said delivery would be there in 45 to 55 minutes. I ended up having to go pick up my own pizza.
