Normally, I give this location five stars! I love my regular girls,They always get my order right but it seems lately whoever is picking up their shift just doesn’t care. Very very slow. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes to make a coffee.

3 stars because girl at window was very polite but I was not satisfied with my order. It’s called a garnish for a reason, should not fill half the cup!!I’m in customer service, had I had time I would’ve went through the motions! Keep up the good service but make sure you’re giving orders to match!

Don’t go here if you have any restrictions on food. We told the workers not to add chocolate in a drink due to an allergy and they ignored this and did anyways. Would have been easy to not add it or suggest a different drink they were not busy at the time. I do not recommend this particular location when I messed them about it they sent a generic thabks for reaching out texted and didn’t even apologize for getting the person sick.

Normally I would give this location 5 stars. Ive never had a problem till today. I dont like the service i received. When ordering I felt like we were being rushed. First drink that they tried to hand us was wrong. Without asking they used my free drink from my card. (I was saving it) We had used a bogo coupon. Then when i got my drink it was made completely wrong.

Since the new owners took over, it’s been horrible. Order is wrong every day. Today I got two bottom half’s of the bagel. Latte is NEVER right. Very very disappointed with the new owners. I would not waste my money here.
