This is the worst place I have ever been to dinner. 1.We order our plates and the guy wasn’t listening to me at all. Gave me something different then what I wanted. So I thought I would try something different but it was nasty and spicy. And the egg roll was burnt.

Underwhelming… I’ll preface this by saying they were understaffed (3 employees at dinner time). But the food just didn’t seem fresh, chicken wasn’t very saucy, noodles were dried out, bits of rice were overcooked. 🙁 Not sure what happened to their portion sizes, but I ordered a “Bowl” and it looked like a kids meal. I really like that they have the Beyond Orange Chicken – definitely worth a try, but next time I’ll try it at a different location. Veggie egg roll & cream cheese rangoon were tasty.

Maybe let customers know ahead of time that they’ll need to go inside to pick up an online order… Instead of them waiting by the intercom for 5 minutes. No point in having a drive thru if you’re not going to utilize it. And maybe double check your orders before giving them to the customer, prices are too high for y’all to be forgetting stuff.

Got to the restaurant at 9, they close at 9:30. They were out of most things and said they wouldn’t make anything else because they closed the kitchen already. Then, my daughter when you the bathroom and there was no soap in the ladies room. They said someone stole the soap dispenser last night, so they didn’t have any. Do not recommend this place!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone here and the food has tasted awful and not edible. Half the chicken wasn’t even cooked fully and the orange chicken didn’t even taste like orange chicken. I get it happening one time but twice? And there’s other comments with the same issue as myself. I won’t be returning here ever again. Disgusting, hire new cook staff.

Great if you want a mountain of dried out white rice and a handful of veggies with a sprinkle of meat. Also Panda Express doesn’t seem to be able to keep a full menu for dinner at any location, this is a total rip, better getting anything else.
