Great roadside BBQ in Liberty. Had the sausage and brisket (some fatty and some lean) platter with baked beans and potato salad. Brisket was so tender and flavorful, great smoke flavor and not overpowering . Their sauce compliments it very well when just drizzled a little. The sausage was delicious and good snap. No frills to the sides but I’m good with that because they put all their effort into the main event. Nice job.

If you like oven cooked brisket with no smoke ring, boiled pink sausage and Cattelmans bbq sauce then this place is for you. Sure, there is a bbq pit out back but the meat I purchased obviously has never been on it. I hate to be ugly but damn it’s my honest opinion…

Great bbq spot! Cutting through town and looked up “restaurants in Liberty” and Big Frank’s BBQ popped up my gps. Walked in, didn’t know what to get so I asked for a recommendation from the girl at the counter. I basically told her “never been here before, give me your best” She told me the sampler is the way to go. Brisket, ribs, and sausage with a side of potato salad, dirty rice and sweet tea. It pretty damn tasty! My favorite was the ribs and the bbq sauce was nice. Food came out quickly, I’m already back on the road. Thanks guys!

Not impressed, asked for sliced beef moist, (fattier more tender) and had to chew it. Actuall tore sandwich apart and had to eat slices individually ! And peach cobbler was peach flavored but saw tasted very little peach.

These ribs are the best around. They’re so juicy and full of flavor. The brisket is moist and I’ve never been disappointed. In the mood for a sandwich? Their sliced/chopped beef sandwiches are huge.

The pulled pork sandwich is great. My go to meal is the brisket & pulled pork plate, I havent tried everything else on the menu so can’t review because its to good lol. The sides here are also excellent!
