Terrible service. Went through the drive through and whoever was on the microphone was very rude. Then, when I get my order, I asked for 25 munchkins, half chocolate glazed half regular glazed, and I got half regular glazed with half regular with a pink powder. Then I asked for a plain toasted bagel with butter, and you can tell that they did not care to it at all to make it good. Check out the photos to see what I mean. Overall, worst Dunkin donuts I have been to due to the terrible staff.

Lost $50 because they refuse to take any feedback about their faulty signage that clearly say open at 5am. I work remotely and wasted valuable work time and even when I spoke to her, managers were rude, refused to listen, and kept saying 7 despite the hours clearly saying 5am.

Bought two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. The english muffins were stale and the hash browns were crushed at the bottom of the bag and reduced to a single mass of potatoes. Shame on those people to charge for food this bad.

The staff has no urgency to make your order or take your order. Today they only put one mocha pump in my coffee instead of the 4 its comes with on the menu. They come off as rude and stand offish. Very disappointed.
