We went to a wine dinner here last night and the food and wine were simply outstanding. The 2 wineries were Ste. Chapelle and Sawtooth. The restaurant created dishes to pair with the wine. Both the wine maker and the chef spoke and described how they created the menu together. The food was spectacular and perfectly complimented by the various wines. If you can, schedule attending one of these wine dinners, held monthly, you won’t be disappointed.

The restaurant was very clean and lots of seating. They have a bar area, which is a bit small, but still quaint. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious. They have about 10 items on their dinner menu. Both my wife ordered entree’s which were plentiful and we had to take home the leftovers. I would definitely go here for dinner again. Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in the treasure valley. Fantastic service and food. We had the truffle mushroom ravioli to start, and the truffle game was strong. We also had the gnocchi. Everything was homemade and fresh. Their outdoor area allowed sufficient spacing between tables, which was greatly appreciated. There was only bad part – I was too full for dessert

This place is TOP NOTCH Italian. I don’t know how Caldwell got so damn lucky but I’m glad Ragzza is here. Every bite of food from appetizer to dessert was above and beyond good. Prepared with fresh ingredients, a twist here and there and plated to make your eyes drool. If you haven’t been in…..do so soon. I’m sure…..POSITIVE you won’t be disappointed.

Exceptional service and incredible food! The mushroom ravioli appetizer was the best ravioli I’ve ever had! All of the other entrees, appetizers, and wine we had were also high quality and delicious. Our server was helpful and had a great personality. He really made this an experience rather than just a dinner. I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are looking for something special for a birthday, anniversary, or visiting guests.

Wow, what an Awesome addition to Caldwell! The restaurant decor is very well done. The wine list is top notch. The servers know the menu, know the food and actually TELL you about the food. Had the Prime Ribeye with Potatoes and rosemary sauce; Excellent! And when they recomend the Tiramisu get it. We will be back. Thank you for a great meal, great service and an wonderful space to enjoy dinner. Oh almost forgot, they had a little live music on Friday.

The service was excellent. The food was OK. Overpriced really. The ambiance not that amazing as we were seated in a separate room, away from the main room where at one point they also had live music. That was sad as we couldn’t listen to it well and we felt very much isolated from the rest of the restaurant patrons and that was not our intention at all.
