Absolutely AMAZING Service. I have been coming to this location for almost 2 months maybe one or two times a week and the young lady that works the mornings is Top Notch! My cookie crumble frap was literally chocolate syrup in a cup. My Swiss sandwiches squashed because they were pretty flat when i took it out of the bag. I have gotten starbucks 4 other locations in aiken county and this one is not my favorite.

My wife is usually a Dunkin Donuts fan, but recently has like the holiday specials at Starbucks, however when she stopped by on, 12/5/19,she had a horrible experiences. The barista she encounter was rude and nasty. My wife asked for a seasonal drink that she saw an ad for while walking into the building and when she asked for it the staff member responded with and I quote “We ain’t got that” when my wife asked for another seasonal drink she responded with the same response. My wife was very disappointed and I will be calling corporate to complain!

I’m very disappointed with this Starbucks on USCA campus. They charge extra for the tiniest little things like more sugar or cream, they take an extremely long time to make the orders, and they have messed up mine and my friends orders multiple times. They do not participate in any Starbucks rewards programs. You’re better off to go to the other Starbucks on Whiskey Road.
