Michael Stewart, owner of Ava, your once amazing pizzeria is TANKING. Where are you? Last night was our LAST time forking over $45+, which was once weekly, then once monthly to once and a blue hoping changes were made. It’s only gotten worse. Ava has become a sh— show. ALL staff couldn’t be more rude, disorganized or unprofessional. Pizza maker is a mess that always frantically warns when you approach how long your order will take BEFORE ordering and this isn’t because there’s a line. It’s because he can’t handle any pressure. To watch him is a show in itself. To make matters worse EVERY pizza we have ordered over the last 8+ months has either been badly burned, under cooked or made incorrectly. EVERY pie now has chewy dough- the crust used to be amazing and EVERY pie has been over sauced. Last nights pepperoni pie was badly burned AGAIN and had extra (over cooked) cheese that we didn’t order AND some salami. The “one with sausage” that we ordered was their sausage pie that would have been ok IF it had mozzarella. No mozz, just ricotta and a ton of sauce that had to be eaten with a fork bc it was so heavy and raw. There was no line or wait, it was down pouring outside and the Joinery was dead… meaning there was zero excuse for why our FORTY FIVE DOLLAR order was ruined. I think every customer here that has posted similar reviews should be compensated in some way or at least acknowledged. Where are you Michael Stewart?

Pizza is good, but they were out of everything but 3 pizza types. Also, we waited over an hour to get out small pizza, which was lukewarm only after I went up there and asked for it. They never texted to tell me it was done. Needless to say, we are done doing business with them.

This place is a joke. They’re always out of something, unable to make something, etc. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I enjoy their pizza, but it’s basically impossible to get.
