Went for a late lunch and was truly surprised. Had the El Tucan and my husband the Chimichanga. When I put the refried beans in my mouth my taste buds danced. They even seasoned the chips that come with the salsa. Hands up and thumbs up. We will be back. It is a small place but worth it if you have to wait. Service was excellent and fast.

This was a just a small place in a strange parking lot. We weren’t sure about going in but we did. The food was excellent and for only 2 people working they did a great job at getting our food out. Everything tasted good and was fresh. The kids meals were good and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. The only problem was it was about 95 degrees out and their air conditioning was not good, it was hot in there!

This small resteraunt has delicious food and quite authentic. Good portions so you won’t go away hungry. The wait staff is limited but they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and serve you food/drink needs. Small place, fun atmosphere but cold use a bit more air conditioning. Well worth visiting and supporting. Chicken Picata and Al Pastor tacos are great!

Great service even though there was only one server in the small restaurant. (No one wants to work anymore) We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was a 2 for 1 margarita special. The best margarita I’ve had in a while! Nice and strong! $8 for 2 of them and they weren’t all that small! My husband ordered the pork burritos and I had the steak fajita taco salad and we both loved our dishes!! Also ordered the white queso, which we loved! And the salsa that comes with the chips is great!!

I almost don’t want to write this b/c I don’t want it to blow up and be impossible to get in. It’s my favorite resteraunt in the area by far. The food and atmosphere is authentic. It’s intimate and wonderful. Food is always great, drinks are great. Their margaritas are the best probably in the state. They deserve this review. Get the horchata as well!

I ordered the Mexican tacos and the steak chimichanga and they are both delicious! Both were seasoned perfectly and overflowing with the meat. Even the chips were seasoned so differently but so so good. Definitely the only authentic Mexican food on the coast.
