This place is great! Not only do they make all their ingredients there but they have a lot of different types of sandwiches to choose from. I have been going here since they have opened and I have never had a bad sandwich. My favorite is the Cuban, up until I tried the Chicken Panini sandwich (pictures). They have a great selection of unique drinks and great potato salad. The best thing about this place are the owners, who have been there EVERY single time I have been there, sometimes they have their daughter there to help. They not only remember my order but my kids ages, this is because we have talked about family a couple times I have been there. This place is great and the variety of sandwiches is amazing. A+

I saw a review of this place as “a couple owned quaint sandwich shop “. I was excited to taste loving recipes shared by the owners who love sandwiches . I asked the cashier (owner) how a sandwich was. he said, she knows- pointing. the woman who was building sandwiches said ” o ya it’s good, get it hot”. She’s right, it would have been miserable cold. The best sandwich place in Springfield without a doubt! Lots of fantastic choices either hot or cold. Cuban, short ribs, turkey, ham, BLT, shrimp salad, chicken salad. Everything is made to order with your choice of toppings and condiments on fresh chiabatta bread. They have a large variety of chips and bottled soft drinks to round out your meal. There are a few tables inside the shop, but most folks take theirs to go. The shop manager is very friendly and gives excellent service. There is a parking lot next to the shop. This place is closed on Sundays.

Reviews don’t lie about this place, possibly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Ordered the brisket with a side and drink. Eat bite was packed full of flavor. I almost saved in and bought a second sandwich to go and I would have uploaded pictures if I didn’t finish the sandwich so quickly. For anyone who is not from around the area like myself.
