Placed an order through the drive thru window for a combo and a side dish. I received my order with the paid side dish but not the one that comes with my combo. Highly disappointed. I was looking forward to those mashed potatoes. I did t receive a straw for my frozen drink and the coleslaw wasn’t to tasty. Other than that staff was friendly and received my order quickly.

Every single time I go to this Popeyes they never have BBQ sauce. It’s the only sauce my son and I like. When I placed a huge family order for a 24 piece nugget/tender biscuits and side I had to ask did they have BBQ before taking my money because from 3 past visits they didn’t seem to have it and not make the customer aware when placing an order for tenders. So decided not to go through with the purchase. I don’t think I’ll be back. The lady at the window was rude and barely spoke English but had an attitude. This is a newly built restaurant so I do not understand why they never have things. Very disappointing.

Sadly like most fast food restaurants they are notoriously good at forgetting items in the order. Be sure to check your food before leaving. I feel I probably paid for 2-3 additional meals in the amount of food they have forgotten over the past few months.

Good old Popeyes. When they get it right its good but more often than not its mediocre. I ordered a chicken sandwich via mobile order to pick up through the drive through. I went through the drive through as instructed in the app and let them know about my order. At the window they told me to pull ahead (probably because of the timer). I end up waiting for about 10 minutes as only one of their employees came by with an order for Apple pie. I’m confused did they forget about me? I got tired of waiting and went in to ask about my order and they act like they did not just greet me at the drive through window a few minutes ago. Turns out they put my order on the “Pick Up” mobile order area. Why would I go through the drive through to go into the store and do the order pick up? Mind boggling that whoever put it there did not communicate with the drive through person. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and both times I’ve had issues. Moreover, this is a relatively new location and both times their Coke Freestyle machine has had issues (only iced tea available). I would have to be crazy to ever visit this place again.

New location and the west most one at that so it is a welcome addition. Chicken was delicious and top quality. If you eat Popeyes you know what I am saying when I state that the chicken breast meat was all white and juicy. Spicy was spicy!!!! A+ on the food. Staff was quick, and courteous (there are a lot of team members), and the manager even wiped down a table for my family himself. Only thing i have to bring up critically is that there was staff on break sitting at the tables where patrons are supposed to eat….during the 7pm dinner rush.

I’ve never seen more staff members packed into a single location. Kinda gives me the Chick-fil-A vibes, overall very satisfied with the food extremely fresh!! Not to mention that we were serviced in a drive-through in less than five minutes!!! Way to go, Popeyes!

Surprised to drive by this location, we couldn’t pass up the chance! It is located in east Miramar in a shopping plaza and near Kohl’s. Although a bit rushed, the drive-thru experience was better than we anticipated. The crew was “training” a group of new hires that were going to open a new restaurant. I’m hoping it will be further west.

The way these people were talking on the drive thru speaker was just more than unnecessary, uncomfortable, and UNACCEPTABLE. i shouldn’t want to reverse like someone behind us did because the service was just that bad. honestly as least the food is good.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but when I’m spending over $50 and my food is cold and taste like it’s been sitting all day, we have a problem. I’ve been to many Popeyes and never had a problem at any of those places. This is the first one.
