Pizza said it was ready. Waited 30 minutes after that for them to tell me they don’t know where my pizza is.. then they found it on top of the oven… they need new management. Then they ran out of boxes (not that big of a deal tbh), but that just made me laugh for how absurdly bad their awareness and efficiency is

It didn’t show up to the right apartment complex. I got a call from someone at a different complex that said they had gotten my pizza and wanted to know where I lived so they could give it to me. That was nice of them but what on earth was the delivery driver doing? Did they not check the name? Or complex? They gave my ridiculously expensive pizza to a random person in the wrong complex. When I finally did get it, it was stone cold. There was barely any toppings and one of the toppings I ordered wasn’t even there. There was also barely even any cheese. What a rip off, even a school cafeteria could do better. Never ordering a pizza again, it cost way too much and sucked anyway.

I love this Pizza Hut!! The service is always amazing and the pizzas have always come out the way I wanted them. The only time I ever had an issue, they were quick to fix it and said they would remake my order for free. The people there are so friendly. I will always be happy to come to this Pizza Hut.

It said it was ready so I showed up for curbside pickup. I called them and they said it was just coming out of the oven. I then waited another 20 minutes until I had to call them back. They then finally brought it out to me. I was not happy with how long I had to wait especially when I was told twice it was ready. Very slow here and don’t seem to take every customers order seriously.

The service was ok until my pizza done then it took them close to 25 mins to get it out of the oven. When they did it wasn’t hot or burnt. They were not listening to the timer when it went off
