MARIZEL the “manager” then she told me she was not the manager when I asked for one. I went to use my Crown points and she rang it up wrong. My points got taken away and I never got the item. When I asked her about it she said I don’t know about that system. I said ok I explained to her that when I made my order my points get taken away she said I don’t know anything about that. I asked for a manger she said she was the manager so I asked so what do we do about my points she said I don’t know anything about that and that she actually is not the manager the guy is off today…. This is someone who didn’t apologize or care she made a mistake. She shouldn’t be a manager especially if she doesn’t understand customer service or how her company works…

This place by far as the worst customer service I have ever seen they were so rude to me. I don’t know how these people are still in business with the staff treating customers the way they do. I was yelled at trying to place my order and when I got the window they left my food on the window and walked away. After a few minutes they came back and was rushed through with dirty looks and a wrong drink order. Will never go back again. Such a nice town and this is an embarrassment to the people living in it.

The drive thru is awful – the person handing me the food purposely dropped, it fell she proceeded to laugh did not even open the window to say sorry or anything. This is not the first time it has happened the same girl right now short changed me the other day I thought that. But today it was done on purpose. I called three times and I was hung up all three times so I went into Burger King spoke to the manager. She was just as rude. I explained I worked at Burger King many years ago. This is not the way to treat customers as I was leaving the girl from the window proceeded to continue to laugh horrible.. And my cheeseburger, which is the only thing I got was cold

By far the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The young kid at the drive through basically through my food at me and had an attitude. They rushed me while ordering (no cars behind me). What is their problem? Terrible service. Taking my business elsewhere.
