I give 3 stars, but I don’t like the way the guy is treating the cook. He keeps bad mouthing her saying how her English is bad and how she doesn’t understand him. That’s not nice! Also he messed up my order, and he laughed instead of apologizing. My advice… they need to hire more ppl. The cooks and servers should not be cooking and cleaning floors and handling money. Thats not sanitary! Also, please put some more lights outside the building, it’s very dark outside.

This was my first time eating at the waffle house. The food was good. I had bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast and waffles and everything was good. The waffles were soft but slightly dense. Not sure if that’s the texture they were going for but overall a great experience. Not too many ppl seems to come to the waffle house but I do hear it gets packed for the crowds that hang out at night. I just never see it because I go to work and come home.

I went at about 12:30pm I gave my order to Navely. The cook was cleaning one grill be she said you used to work here so you can wait. I have a job also. The cook saw I was leaving an came to my car and got my order. When I went back in Navely wanted to argue with me and the manager just laughed. He looked and said while he was laughing what happened just because I worked there before I should have not been treated that way

They have a chef named something like Nagla. She is from Egypt, and the customers should start a go fund me page to ship her over sized rear back to the Middle East, where she can hate Americans in the comfort of her vastly overpopulated country. She is obviously racist and has an extremely nasty attitude. I talked to Nagla’s boss, a man named Chuck, and he bloody well argued with me as well. I have never been in a restaurant, whether a dive or a 5 star outfit and had such miserable treatment. Next time, I will drive to the IHOP and skip Wattle House altogether.

Awful, Awful, Awful customer service. Seriously, I respect restaurant works and I try to be patient and kind but the treatment was unacceptable. I walked in the door, no greeting…everyone looks mad that I entered. Everyone is just standing there looking at me then continue to talk to the other workers. After standing there for 5 minutes…finally, a lady comes to take my order but right before she was about to take my order the lady got a personal phone call on her cellphone. She answered the call and responded to text messages on her phone before taking my order. Therefore, I continued to wait until she was done with her phone. Then, she rolled her eyes and look aggravated that she had to take my order. I wasn’t even done with my order before she cut me off and started shouting my order. I was going to order a drink too but I guess not.

Many bad things that I could list, but all of it could be attributed to bad management – I don’t know who think it is acceptable to ask people to work multiple shifts without sleep. These poor folks were exhausted, trying to do their best. NOTHING BAD should be attributed to the people working there. Shame on you Waffle House.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come into this location and I’ve sat 30 minutes waiting for someone to take a Togo order. They won’t answer the phone when you try to call it in. They won’t even acknowledge your presence. On 1 hand, they clearly need more help. On the other hand…acknowledge people’s presence. They place isn’t even full at half-capacity. Go to absolutely any other Waffle House location.

Service was absolutely terrible. The waitress barely understood us, completely mixed up the order, and forgot multiple things. She refilled a drink once then left. Twice we asked for refills, after we finally got her over, and she never brought them.
