Pizza was some of the best in CT north of Hartford. Great crust, sauce and fresh mozzarella. Wings were good, hot sauce had a good flavor without being too spicy. Service was friendly and prices are pretty standard for the type of pizza and quality. Will be back!

Joe Pizza is a great replacement for the old Red Onion Pizza. Updated interior with an extensive menu and nice outdoor seating. Staff was excellent. Fast, friendly, attentive. The food was tasty. We all loved our meals.

I had an exceptional house salad topped with hot off the grill Gyro meat. The salad was filling and included mixture of greens. I also had meatballs there slightly tepid, but still delicious.

First time back since they reopened and the food has definitely picked it up a notch or two. They seem understaffed which I’m assuming is why they took a hiatus for a few months. Our bartender did a great job despite being the only person working on her side of the restauraunt.

We ate in and had a $63 bill. $76 with tip. The waitress charged us the wrong amount which we told her. She tried to fix it saying she doesn’t know how and there is no manager on duty. We walk out paying the total due of $76. A few days later we get another charge. Long story short, after dispute, we end up still paying $25 extra for THEIR mistake. It’s not going to break us but it’s the principal. Shady that we end up paying extra for their management issues. Be wary going here and, needless to say, we won’t be back.

I drove 45 minutes across state lines to try this pizza. If you think I’m going to say the drive was worth it, well… You’re correct. The Edge crust was just the right mix of crisp and doughy, the bottom was thin but not too thin, the toppings were generous but not piled on so thick you couldn’t enjoy it, there was a great balance of flavor. I got the goat cheese pizza with added prosciutto. It’s the one with the white sauce, artichokes, etc. Anyone who knows me knows I’ve driven 3 hours just for good food before. I regularly drive an hour and a half for my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I’ll gladly drive 45 minutes for this pizza. So if Joe Pizza is local to you.. you have no excuse for not going here

Don’t order online! They charged me then canceled my order 30 minutes later!!! I had a couple hungry kids and had to reorder somewhere else.

Good value for your money. Stopped in at lunchtime and I was the only one there but serving size is what got this rating. Quality, freshness, and taste was very good.

Quality has definitely gone down in recent months, ordered a large pizza and the brussel sprouts appetizer.

its unfortunate they are closed down. you would think they would post a sign or post on facebook if they are permanently or temporary closed. they have good pizza. everything else is good but expect a mess on the plate. i can see why its closed sometimes, its not consistent. every time i ordered a pizza it was always made different, it was good but just different every time…
