Burnt greasy and disgusting oily taste on everything fried. Including the fish, chicken, hush puppies and chips. Not worth it. Go to Captain D’s in pueblo co and don’t waste your money here. If I could leave zero stars I would. They needed to close it down… cleam everything and change the oil for the fryer. Now my wife may be sick from this place.

Once again, not even closing time. Myself and 3 other cars have sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I even drove up to the main window and sat for over 5 minutes. No answer, no reply. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning. Someone is standing in the lobby even and multiple cars at front of store.

Worst place to eat… 30 minutes for my order and when we got it it was burnt so bad it was like chewing on gravel… The manager was nice enough to give me a refund tho without question.

First things first. A hushpuppy shouldn’t feel like you’re biting into a golf ball. There’s multiple errors on our order. I’m just overall not satisfied with the service. The syrup in the soda fountain was quite the minuscule amount, and tasted completely off.

Food was way over cooked and oil was old. Horrible experience. Got the family pack and the only good part was the malt vinegar. The fish and chicken weren’t really edible and rubbery, the hush puppies were dry and crunchy all the way through. Tried calling to make a complaint and no one answers the phone. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!!

If I can give this no stars I would, This place was awful. Food was not fresh, had everybodys orders wrong felt bad for everyone, register was down so we had to write the order down, & lastly the pop dispenser tasted like carbonated water. YUCK!!! WON’T EAT HERE AGAIN.
