Terrible service! Called in our order but they didn’t start it until we arrived to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes and when we got home we only had half of our order and had to go back for the other half. Good food but have never been impressed with service.

Blake use to be one of the best fast food Burger spots in Albuquerque. Now it is one of the worst. Not only the food quality has gone down but They lie when it is convenient for them. I just waited at the menaul drive thru for 15 min, there was no car even at the speaker when I pulled up then the first time ever they told me they are only serving breakfast. That’s a first I always get a burger from Blake’s in the morning. So they would not serve me because they were to lazy to make a burger and fries like they always have in the past. Then we go to the Washington location i ask my son if he will run up to the pickup window and ask if they will serve us burgers. This rude lady asks my son do you have a pick up order my son replies no I just have a quick question. She looks at him with a disgusted look and tells him to get to the end of the line if he has a question. Well my family and will never spend another penny at Blakes and I will do everything i can to make sure anyone around also avoids this bad company. Did Blake sell to some really bad owners or what??
